New Items
- New, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition, with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Used Items
- All sales of used, open-box, or clearance items are final.
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted on used products.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund back to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Exceptions
- Customized, special-order, or made-to-measure products cannot be returned.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
