At Texas Hood Fabrication, we manufacture and supply commercial kitchen ventilation systems, custom fabrication products, and commercial kitchen equipment. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following Return & Refund Policy.
All custom-built, fabricated, made-to-order, or special-order products are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled.
Standard, non-custom products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery only if:
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Unless the return is the direct result of our shipping error, the customer is solely responsible for:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any replacement shipment requested by the customer will also be at the customer's expense.
All shipments must be inspected immediately upon delivery.
If the shipment arrives with visible damage:
Failure to report shipping damage within this period constitutes acceptance of the shipment in its delivered condition.
Claims reported after this period may be denied.
If the customer signs for or accepts delivery without noting damage, shortages, or defects, the products shall be considered accepted in satisfactory condition.
Texas Hood Fabrication shall not be responsible for damage occurring after delivery or for concealed damage that is not reported within the required timeframe.
Customers are responsible for verifying:
Texas Hood Fabrication is not responsible for installation errors, incorrect measurements supplied by the customer, code requirements, permit issues, inspection failures, or labor costs associated with removal or reinstallation.
Approved returns may be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.
Additional deductions may apply if the returned item:
If a returned product cannot be resold as new, Texas Hood Fabrication reserves the right to refuse the return or reduce the refund amount accordingly.
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
Approved refunds will be processed only after inspection of the returned merchandise.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping charges, rush production fees, engineering fees, design services, custom fabrication charges, and installation costs are non-refundable.
Texas Hood Fabrication's maximum liability shall be limited solely to the original purchase price of the product.
Under no circumstances shall Texas Hood Fabrication be liable for:
All sales shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any dispute arising from the purchase or use of our products shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and the customer agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
By placing an order with Texas Hood Fabrication, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy before completing the purchase.

Our story began long before Texas Hood Fabrication was established. Over the past decade, our family has successfully served the commercial foodservice industry through companies including BP Auctions LLC, BP USA, and Web Restaurant Equipment, supplying thousands of commercial kitchen products to restaurants, food trucks, institutions, and hospitality businesses throughout the United States. That experience laid the foundation for what has become our proudest achievement—manufacturing our own line of commercial kitchen ventilation systems in Texas.
Today, Texas Hood Fabrication produces UL Listed Type I Commercial Kitchen Hoods in sizes ranging from 4 feet to 12 feet, manufactured to meet rigorous industry standards for commercial cooking applications. In addition, we fabricate custom Type II Hoods, food truck hoods, grease ducts, exhaust systems, make-up air components, stainless steel fabrication, and complete ventilation solutions tailored to each customer's specific requirements.
